IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

So unfortunately for the Secret Santa one of my elves has not come through and everyone was SUPPOSED to get notes with their pairings since last weekend and it has come to my attention that this is not the case. This is bad because it means less time for everyone to draw stuff which is inconsiderate. So to remedy the situation I'm going to have take full control of the Secret Santa again, to make sure everything stays organized and on schedule. HOWEVER because now I have to devout more hours to organizing things, I'm going to have to cut back on the contests.
So instead of multiple contest I'm going to have JUST 3. Regular art, Writing Contest, and the Collab contest. I mean I know personally as the founder of this group usually absent for most of the year, but when I organize events I take them very very seriously and I pride this club on them.

SO!!! SECRET SANTA PEOPLE!!
Please give me until tomorrow(Friday) to pair up everyone and send out the notes, I have like probably close to 25- 30 people to pair and send notes, I assumed have not gotten their pairings, because someone notified me that they haven't received theirs yet. I apologize again.

You can still sign up to Secret Santa until the 14th

Instead of having themes we'll just have one general contest, but there is still the writing and collab contest options.

What is Secret Santa?

Secret Santa is when you make a special request through us and we send your drawing request to another artist and on Christmas Eve you a get drawing from someone in our community. It's kind of like a Art Christmas present.

RULES

All requests must be Harvest Moon related. Ocs are allowed but a known Harvest Moon character must be in the picture as well.

MUST be in color, no sketches please   Make the best picture you can.

When you sign up you make a commitment to draw something for someone and have it finished before Christmas. It wouldn't be fair for you to request something and you didn't do a request in return ^_~ So make sure you can participate before you sign up.

PG-13 requests only

Start your note:
“Dear Secret Santa, I would like...”

Then go on to describe.
Which Harvest Moon Game?
What Characters?
What Poses or any details?
And then we will pass it on exactly as you write it.

All requests must be secretly submitted.  You cannot request specific artists or friends, you will not know who is your Secret Santa until they deliver your present. And as a Secret Santa you cannot contact the person who you're drawing for, if you have questions you need to do it through us.
